We are an independent third-party service that utilizes unofficial WhatsApp Web APIs. The use of Whatsbot may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service and could result in account restriction or permanent ban. Users accept all risks associated with using this Service.
2. API Usage and Compliance
Whatsbot operates by:
- Utilizing WhatsApp Web APIs for messaging functionality
- Operating independently without official WhatsApp authorization
- Complying with applicable laws within our operational capacity
- Not guaranteeing continued API availability
Important: Official WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Cloud API are the approved methods for business messaging. We recommend using official channels for critical communications.
3. User Responsibilities
Users of Whatsbot are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining explicit consent before sending messages to any recipient
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
- Following anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and PECR (UK)
- Maintaining records of consent if legally required
- Honoring unsubscribe requests and opt-out preferences
- Not using the Service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Protecting their account credentials and session information
- All messaging content and recipient targeting
4. Anti-Spam and Compliance Standards
We strictly prohibit the use of Whatsbot for:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or promotional messages without consent
- Phishing, scam, or fraudulent communications
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
- Harassment, abuse, or threats
- Distribution of malware or harmful content
- Violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service
- Circumventing security measures or rate limits
- Trading, selling, or purchasing phone numbers
5. Applicable Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- CAN-SPAM Act (USA): Federal law regulating commercial email messages
- GDPR (European Union): Privacy regulation protecting EU residents
- CASL (Canada): Law regulating commercial electronic messages
- PECR (United Kingdom): Privacy and electronic communications regulations

6. WhatsApp Account Risk
Users acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- WhatsApp may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban your account
- Account bans can be immediate and permanent
- Whatsbot cannot prevent or recover banned accounts
- Bulk messaging increases ban risk compared to personal use
- WhatsApp security measures may block API access at any time
- WhatsApp may disable Web API access entirely without notice
Users assume all responsibility for account bans and loss of access.

9. Service Availability and Discontinuation

- Cease operations entirely with notice
- No liability for service interruptions
10. Enforcement and Account Suspension

- Forfeit any prepaid credits or payments

- You have provided proper privacy notices
- You maintain records of consent as required by law
- Recipients have the ability to opt-out or unsubscribe
- You will honor opt-out requests promptly
12. Use of Official APIs
For legitimate business purposes, we recommend using WhatsApp's official channels:

- Meta Business Suite: Integrated management platform
